The interior of a carbonizing tower is provided with a vertical shaft which is connected with an electric motor. The vertical shaft is fixed with a plurality of tower discs which can rotate along with the vertical shaft. Each tower disc is provided with a gap. The gaps of the tower discs are staggered. A material inlet pipe is arranged on the upper parts of the tower discs, and the upper part of the material inlet pipe is welded with a fixed baffle plate. A material inlet is provided with a movable baffle plate. The upper part of the carbonizing tower is provided with a gas escaping pipe, a sleeve barrel is arranged around the carbonizing tower and an annular gap is formed between the sleeve barrel and the carbonizing tower. The bottom of the carbonization tower is provided with a coke discharging pipe and a material outlet. The carbonizing tower is also provided with a fume inlet and a fume outlet.
