Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to an automatic switch low pressure and pressure maintaining overflow valve for a high pressure cleaner, which is composed of a pump, an overflow valve, and a microswitch, wherein the internal cavity of the water pump is connected with the overflow valve. The overflow valve is provided with a front valve body, a back valve body, an overflow hole, and a large bolt, and a monosomic valve core and a spring are orderly arranged in the valve body. Pressure adjusting pads are arranged at both sides of the spring, and the front and the back valve bodies are compressed by the large bolt. An extending boss position at the back of the large bolt is fixedly provided with switching structure. When internal pressure of the cavity of the pump exceeds a rated value, water is overflowed from the overflow hole, and simultaneously, the end head of the valve core is supported and abutted on a contact of a switch, so that the switch is turned off. The utility model can freely adjust the pressure of the spring, and can control 'recoil pressure' at the internal cavity of the pump caused by turning off. The utility model has the advantages of sensitive response and simple installation process of microswitch, is favorable to restarting an electric machine, increases the sealability of a product, and protects the microswitch to not damage because of oversize action of the overflow valve. |
