Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses an experimental and testing apparatus for pharmacological reaction of medication for treating parkinsonism, which is composed of a single chip machine 1, a reset circuit 2, an infrared detection circuit 3, an oscillating circuit 5, digital display circuits 7, 9, 11 and a switch power supply 12. The utility model selects an animal monkey as an experiment subject. A food box is arranged in front a monkey cage so as to tempt a monkey to eat medicine capable of inducing parkinsonism, and then the monkey is treated. During the course of experiment observation, the reaction speeds of taking food by a left and a right hands of the monkey before the monkey takes the medicines and after the monkey takes the medicines are detected. The monkey cage and the food box are respectively provided with two holes for the left and the right hands of the monkey to enter or exit. Both sides of each small hole are provided with a probe of an infrared sensor. When the monkey takes out hands, the probe of the infrared sensor sends out trigger pulses for timing. Because the utility model can record required time of entering and exiting the monkey cage and the food box of the monkey hand, the utility model can detect the reaction speed of action before and after the experiment monkey takes medicines. |
