The utility model comprises two metal hammer heads, an elastic steel stranded wire and a metal cable support, wherein the two metal hammer heads which present half S shapes are respectively fixed to both ends of the elastic steel stranded wire; the steel stranded wire is permanently fixed on the metal cable support; the plane of one side of the metal cable support approaching to an optical cable is provided with a hole; the weight and the volumes of the two metal hammer heads are different, with different bending degrees of the half S shapes and different distances from the metal cable support. The utility model can generate more than four resonant frequencies and can effectively decrease the oscillation amplitude of a line. Additionally, the use of a fixed preformed stranded yarn decreases the damage to the optical cable and the break of the optical cable in the course of using the anti-vibrating hammer.
