Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to an energy-saving flat wire baking stove of a lacquered machine, which mainly comprises a fresh air distribution pipe (1), a catalytic combustor (3), a solvent gas heat exchanger (4), a fresh air heat exchanger (5), a circulation blower (6), a circulation distribution pipe (10), a damper, a blender (12) and a stove chamber (13), wherein an absorption port of the circulation blower (6) is connected with a blender outlet; a blender inlet is connected with the catalytic combustor (3) through the solvent gas heat exchanger (5); the catalytic combustor (3) is connected with the middle lower part of a stove chamber through the solvent gas heat exchanger (4). The utility model utilizes high temperature gases which are combusted to preheat solvent gases which are not catalyzed through the fresh air heat exchanger (5). Thus, the utility model cancels the preheating by an electric heating pipe before catalyzed and has an energy-saving effect.
