The lifting type moveable theft-proof window device is characterized in that the horizontal cross rods 4 which are connected by the movable connecting sheet 3 are horizontally arranged between the upper frame 1 and the lower frame 2, and the horizontal cross rods 4 are respectively in a sliding fit with the vertical slide ways 5 at both sides.
