Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a processing device. The utility model is characterized in that one panel and one basal plate are combined together, and the surface of the panel is provided with a protective film; the processing device comprises one rotary disk, two bearing tables, one film tearing device and one conveyer, wherein the two bearing tables are respectively used for placing the panel, one end of the bearing tables is connected with the rotary disk by a power unit. The film tearing device can be movably arranged above the rotary disk to tear off the protective film of the panel. The conveyer is arranged above the rotary disk and is used for bearing and transferring the basal plate. Thus, the processing device can increase the work efficiency and saves energy sources.
