Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a high-efficient liquid phase chromatograph which is composed of a liquid infusing system, a sampling system, a separating system, an ultraviolet detector, a light path system, a microcomputer control system, a data processing system, etc. A liquid flowing phase is pressed to definite high pressure by a high-pressure constant-flow pump, and flows through the sampling system and a separating column in a set constant flow rate so that the utility model achieves the separation of analyzed matter. The ultraviolet detector uses a deuterium lamp as a light source, monochromatic light diffracted by a holographic concave grating irradiates to a semi-transmitting reflective mirror to be divided into two beams, one beam passes through a flow cell to be irradiated to a measuring photocell, the other beam is irradiated to a reference photocell through a reference cell, and then the photocells convert light energy into micro-current signals. The utility model is provided with the advanced light path system and a signal collecting system to enhance the resolution of the detector to weak signals, therefore the detecting sensitivity of the high-efficient liquid phase chromatograph is enhanced. |
