A circuit part comprises a signal measuring part, a display part and a power supply part, wherein the signal measuring part comprises a preceding stage signal processing circuit and a signal sampling and calculating circuit, and the display part comprises a display drive circuit and a digital display tube. The utility model is characterized in that the signal sampling and calculating circuit uses an MSP430F1XX single chip computer, the single chip computer is integrated with an A/D collecting maintenance module, a 16 bit CPU and an information storing space, wherein the output end of the preceding stage signal processing circuit is connected with the input end of the A/D collecting maintenance module of the MSP430F1XX single chip computer, and an I/O port of the MSP430F1XX single chip computer is connected with the input end of the display drive circuit. The output end of the display drive circuit is connected with a tube pin of a stroke section of the digital display tube, and a plurality of I/O ports of the MSP430F1XX single chip computer are connected with tube pins at the common end of the digital display tube.
