The technical proposal includes: a box body (1) for treating fruit and vegetable is a negative pressure box body and is connected with a vacuum air pump (4) and still a gas treatment device, and wherein, the gas treatment device includes an air chamber (5), a sealing injection port (7) communicated with the air chamber (5) and arranged at the upper part of the air chamber (5), and a vent valve (6). The utility model can realize the adoption of the operability of a plurality of instable solid substance, volatile or harmful gas to treat article in a vacuum state and has the characteristics of safety, convenience, quickness and broad application.
