Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a tyre side acanthopore device of tyre shaping machine, whose portal frame is fixed on a feeding frame of the tyre side of the tyre shaping machine. A lifting cylinder is fixed on the top of the portal frame, and a fixing plate is vertically connected with a piston rod of the lifting cylinder. Both sides of the portal frame are fixed with a left guide rod and a right guide rod which are parallel to the piston rod. Both ends of the fixing plate are connected with movable sleeves on the guide rods. The fixing plate is fixed with a plurality of acanthopore needles which are vertical to the fixing plate. When the glue stock of the tyre side is sent in from the bottom of the portal frame, the piston of the lifting cylinder drives the fixing plate to move downwards, and the acanthopore needles on the fixing plate puncture the glue stock of the tyre side. The feeding frame is provided with a rotary encoder which is coaxial with a rotary wheel lapped on the glue stock. When the sending glue stock reaches to a certain length, the encoder can generate a signal, and thus the utility model can automatically finish the acanthopore. The tyre side acanthopore device of tyre shaping machine has the advantages of high efficiency, low labor intensity, high unilization ratio of the shaping machine, uniform acanthopore, and high tyre quality; the utility model has simple and compact structure, little space occupation and convenient maintenance and operation. |
