The hydraulic mechanism comprises a hydrostatic membrane, a hydrostatic rod, a spring, and a micro switch, connecting with the control circuit board through the micro switch. The separating mechanism comprises a powder chamber, a flame igniter, a pin, a concurrent cutting knife, and a right engine block, electrically connected with the control board through the flame igniter. The timed pneumatic cutting release device has the advantages of simple structure, accurate release cutting timing, and safe and reliable use, having the functions of release and cutting synchronously.
