In addition, the inner layer of the electric inductor layer is arranged in the dielectric layer. The dielectric layer opening is filled with the electric inductor layer of the top, and the electric inductor layer of the top is electrically connected with the inner layer of the electric inductor. Besides, the protective layer is arranged on the surface of the dielectric layer, and the protective layer is provided with a protective layer opening which makes the electric inductor layer of the top be exposed. In addition, the protective layer opening is filled with the electric inductor layer of the welding zone, and the electric inductor layer of the welding zone is electrically connected with the electric inductor layer of the top. Part of the electric inductor is made in the dielectric layer, and the other part of the electric inductor is made on the welding zone of acomponent zone and made on the surface of the protective layer by the albronze alloy material.
