The structures of the clamp mouths of the umbrella clamp and the vehicle clamp are the same, being composed of an inner and an outer clamp pieces forming two symmetrical and hollow clamps of a circular shape, the clamp mouths are provided with an arc supporting openings near the outer edge of the axis frame of the clamp axis, and the inner and outer clamp pieces are hinged by the clamp axes and the clamp springs. The clamp mouth of the umbrella clamp can clamp the umbrella bar, the clamp mouth of the vehicle clamp can clamp the standpipe on the bicycle handlebar and both of the clamp mouths can be self-locking. The umbrella clamp provided with holes connects with the regulator on the upper part of the frame bar by bolts, which can adjust the angle of the umbrella clamp and the frame bar in a relative direction, is tightly locked by the nut spanner and the lower end of the frame bar is fixed with the vehicle clamp. When is in use, the vehicle clamp and the umbrella clamp are pinched and the self-locking-clamp umbrella holder and the umbrella are fixed with or separated from the vehicle.
