Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a self-cooling condensation air-water separating device, which is composed of a separating tank, a cooling water pipe, an orifice plate, a steam trap, a water collecting tank and a pump, wherein the inner part of the separating tank is separated and forms an upper and a lower cavities, and the cooling water pipe is arranged outside the separating tank body and is communicated with the upper and the lower cavities. A water collecting barrel is arranged on the bottom of the separating tank body and is connected with the steam trap and the water collecting tank orderly. An inner sleeve which is composed of the orifice plate and a honeycomb duct is arranged in the upper cavity of the separating tank, and the bottom of the upper cavity is connected with a down pipe. The orifice plate is arranged in the inner sleeve of the upper cavity of the separating tank, and the bottom of the orifice plate is connected with the honeycomb duct. The pump is arranged in the water collecting tank. First, air which enters the separating tank is cooled by the cooling water pipe, and initial separating is carried out. Then, the air passes by the multilayer reverse cone-shaped orifice plate in the inner sleeve of the upper cavity and is condensed into drips. After that air-water separating is carried out again, and separating effect is good. Formed water enters the water collecting tank via the steam trap and is recovered automatically by a level pump with the advantages of environmental protection and safety.
