The exhaust gas with high temperature and a plurality of flakes is discharged when the engine works, the fire caused by the discharged flakes is avoided, and the flakes are put out by the exhaust gas impacting the fireproof nets. The cryogenic fireproof silencer for engine has the advantages of adopting asbestos insulating layer, reducing heat transmission, reducing casing temperature, and avoiding extraction fire by dropping off the blowout crude oil on the exhaust pipe, and on the silencer.
