Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides an electromagnetic flow transducer which has simple structure, easy manufacture, low cost and high sensibility. The electromagnetic flow transducer is characterized in that a transducer body(comprising a measuring tube and an adapting flange) and an outer shell are manufactured with plastic, and the transducer body and the outer shell are formed in one time with injecting or molding method. No cockamamie mechanical process is needed, and the manufacture is very convenient. The cross-section of the measuring tube adopts a rectangular structure, so that the magnetic fields generated by the upper and the lower two energizing coils in the measuring tube are uniform and coincident. The diverging effect of the edge of the magnetic field is reduced to the lowest, and the measuring sensitivity of the instrument is effectively improved. |
