Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a powder fluidized conveying device, mainly comprising a shell, a fluidized powder conveying pipe, a cone pipe, a micro-hole fluidized board, a pressing board and a base flange. An air chamber is formed and positioned between the micro-hole fluidized board and the base flange. The gas which is provided to the micro-hole fluidized board is a uniform constant quantity. The powder material on the micro-hole fluidized board can entirely loosen into fluidization. The lower end of the fluidized powder conveying pipe is welded with the cone pipe which can sufficiently satisfy the effective entrance of power to the fluidized powder conveying pipe. A supporting pipe is welded on the side wall of the shell, and the fluidized powder conveying pipe is fixed in the supporting pipe. The middle section of the fluidized powder conveying tube is made into a circular arc. The outlet and the horizontal position are designed into an included angle in order to be convenient for the conveying of the powder material and prevent the abrasion caused by the abrupt bend of the pipeline. The fluidized powder conveying pipe can be the form of a single pipe, double pipes or several pipes, and the simultaneous working of a plurality of coal powder (or cement) dispensers can be satisfied. Under the condition of obtaining the same working effect, the utility model saves the pipeline and the equipment investment. |
