The utility model comprises an overhead bin (1), a flow regulation valve (2), a transportation rubber pipe (3), a feeding steel pipe (5) and a mould oscillation device. The overhead bin (1) is a funnel type bin whose lower part is in inverted cone shape. The flow regulation valve (2) is installed on the blanking pipe of the lower part of the overhead bin (1). One end of the transportation rubber pipe (3) is connected with the blanking pipe, and the other end is connected with the feeding steel pipe (5) of the mould oscillation device (4). The overhead bin (1) is formed by welding steel plates. The transportation rubber pipe (3) is made from rubber or rubber plastic material. Compared with the existing charging device, the utility model has simple structure, few investments, low cost, convenient operation and control and no energy consumption.
