The utility model adopts the modularized assembly. The three phases of A, B, C respectively comprise the same module. Every single-phase module presents the horn type structure. A cast vacuum arc chute and an arc chute device are installed on the upper part of every single-phase module. The three single-phase modules are connected together via a connecting pipe and are installed on the frame. An electric mechanism and a hand-operating mechanism are connected with the three single-phase modules via a drive link.
