Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a thermometer with an improved structure, comprising a thermometer. The utility model is characterized in that the end portion of the non-mercury post of the thermometer is sheathed with a lengthened column whose half front portion is in a hollow shape sheathed and inlaid on the outer side of the end portion of the thermometer. The half front portion of the lengthened column and the outer side of the end portion of the thermometer are adhered into integration by adhesive agent. The half back portion of the lengthened column is transversely provided with a through hole threaded by a pin axle whose head portion is provided with a positioning blocking block and a cap nut and back end is fixedly connected with a handle. The diameter of the through hole is bigger than the outer diameter of the pin axle to enable the thermometer with a lengthened column to rotate by winding the pin axle. The thermometer basically keeps the shape of the traditional thermometer with simple structure and limited cost increase. The elevated mercury post can be conveniently and easily reduced below 36 DEG depending on the function of the centrifugal force by only pinching the handle with the thumb and the forefinger to lightly rock the thermometer to enable the thermometer to rotate by winding the pin axle.
