Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides an on-off valve, comprising a valve base, a control pin, two leakproof rings, two water block rings, a locking cap and a control handle. A water flow passage is penetrated at the center of the valve base. A valve spool is recessed at the middle section. A water inlet and a water outlet are formed separately at an abutted surface of the water flow passage. A locking section is extended at the opening part of the valve spool. A water through hole is longitudinally penetrated at the middle section of the control pin. A leakproof embedding groove is symmetrically recessed at a presetting position of the same middle section, and the leakproof rings are correspondingly provided. A water block ring groove is circularly provided at the upper section, and the water block rings are correspondingly provided. Besides, the control handle is extended out from the end surface of the top. The on-off valve which is reliable and has the complete water block effect can be achieved with the combined structure mentioned above.
