The rocker of the manual pump provided in the dust cover is connected with the piston rod of the manual pump provided in the pump body, and the rocker of the manual pump can drive the piston rod of the manual pump to move from top to down; the pump body, whose one end is connected with the electric motor and the other end is connected with the fuel tank, is arranged on the mounting frame; the connector is connected to the other end of the electric motor, and the electric pump provided at one side of the manual pump in the pump body is connected with the manual pump in parallel, and is connected with the filter in the fuel tank simultaneously and 2 oil nozzles passing through a hydraulic circuit on the pump body; the reversing valve is provided on the pump body, and the reversing handle is connected with the reversing valve via a pin and can drive the reversing valve to rotate; and the safety valve, whose one end is connected with the pump body, is provided in the fuel tank.
