Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a film type oxygenation apparatus, comprising an oxygenator, a blood container, and a heat exchanger. The oxygenator comprises an oxygenation outer sleeve, an oxygenation inner sleeve, and an oxygenation film. The both ends of the oxygenation outer sleeve are imbedded by adhesive. The upper end of the oxygenator is fastened to the upper cover and the sealing ring of the oxygenator, a perfusing exhaust outlet, a blood sampling port, and an arterial blood outlet, and the lower part is connected with a transition connecting sleeve. The outer sleeve of the heat exchanger is designed into an integral structure and is connected with the lower end of the oxygenator to seal. Corrugated pipes are arranged in the outer sleeve of the heat exchanger, and an inner support is fixedly arranged in the outer sleeve of the heat exchanger. The side faces of the both ends of the outer sleeve of the heat exchanger are fixedly provided with left and right end covers which are perfused to seal by the adhesive. A water inlet and a water outlet are communicated with one side of the outer sleeve of the heat exchanger, and the other side is communicated with a venous blood inlet. The advantages of the film type oxygenation apparatus are that the outer sleeve of the heat exchanger adopts the integral structure, which effectively decreases the possibility of the leakage of blood; the designing structure of the inner support enables water which enters the heat exchanger to form a small film flow with the corrugated pipes, which can raise the heat exchanging efficiency of the heat exchanger. |
