Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) testing device, which is characterized in that the CCD drive circuit of a linear array and a signal processing circuit both adopt simulated and digital circuits. Wherein, the signal processing circuit outputs video signals by doing blocking to the optical characteristic signals of the CCD and following a blocking reversal circuit at a reversed direction; one path of the video signals passes through the compensating circuit of background light, and the other path passes through a filter circuit, and then two paths of video signals are respectively input the positive and negative input ends of a first differential amplifier circuit; amplifying output signals are amplified by a second compensating amplifier circuit, are converted into digital electrical level signals which can be received by a TTL via a voltage converting circuit, and enters subsequent a count and display circuit. The utility model not only can be used for industry control, but also can be used for experimental teaching for optics and photoelectricity. The CCD testing device has the advantages of strong anti-interference performance and high dependability; the CCD testing device can be directly observed; the CCD testing device can adjust the signal processing process of key positions in a data processing circuit. |
