The fixing frames are abutted on the bottom surface of the base to be limited through the supporting wall when the reflection cover isn't arranged; the lamp tube base is gradually threaded through each perforation in an outward swinging mode corresponding to the base following the fixing frames when the reflection cover is assembled.
