Zusammenfassung: | A combined horizontal series graphitizing furnace is composed of a unit horizontal series graphitizing furnace comprising a front furnace wall, a back furnace wall, a furnace bottom, an electrode baffle wall, two positive and negative float electrodes and a connecting electrode. The two float electrodes are installed on the front furnace wall, and extend into the furnace chamber. The electrode baffle wall is lengthwise positioned on the furnace bottom and between the two float electrodes. The connecting electrode correspondent to the two float electrodes is positioned on the back furnace wall via the charcoal cushion block. The utility model is characterized in that at least two unit horizontal series graphitizing furnaces are positioned side by side, and the front furnace wall, the furnace bottom and the back furnace wall of the two adjacent unit horizontal series graphitizing furnaces are positioned together leaving interstices between them. The furnace baffle wall is positioned between the two adjacent unit horizontal series graphitizing furnaces to separate the two adjacent furnace chambers, and the each outer side of the unit horizontal series graphitizing furnaces locating at both ends is equipped with a side wall. The combined horizontal series graphitizing furnace saves the fire resistive materials, and reduces the building cost and occupied area. |
