Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a two-way linear electric motor, which comprises a metal casing, two groups of electromagnetic coils which are wound on four plastic coil racks, and iron core sheets, wherein, the directions of two sets of winding lines of the metallic connecting pot body are opposite; each coil rack is arranged between two iron core sheets, and the electromagnetic coils wound on the plastic coil racks and the iron core sheets are all installed inside the metal casing. The coil racks and the iron core sheets are provided with concentric hole with the identical diameters; a hollow aluminum pipe which is taken as a guide track of an electric motor penetrates through the holes of the coil racks and the iron core sheets; the length of the aluminum pipe is larger than the length of the metal casing; the coil racks, the iron core sheets and the metal casing can slide on the hollow aluminum pipe; the hollow aluminum pipe together, and the hollow aluminum pipe is sheathed on a solid iron rod. The utility model can cancel a red copper ring arranged between the coils of a traditional linear electric motor, which not only can increase the effective area of the iron core sheets and raise the intensity of a working electromagnetic field, but also can greatly simplify the structure and the producing craftwork and reduce the fabricating cost. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and long service life.
