Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to an analog dynamic running heat transfer oil detecting device, which comprises a heat transfer oil heater, a heat using apparatus, a high level tank and a low level tank. A heat transfer oil circulation loop is formed by the heater and the heat using apparatus. An auxiliary circulation loop is formed among the heater, the high level tank and the low level tank. The inlet and the outlet pipelines of the heater are provided with a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor. The heat transfer oil circulation loop which is arranged between the heater and the heat using apparatus is provided with a sampling outlet at the front end entering the heater. A circulating pump is arranged on the circulation loop. A circulation loop which simulates the heat transfer oil application state and is formed by the heat using apparatus and the heater, according to the temperature adjustment, checks the physical change of the heat transfer oil after running for a period of time at a set temperature so as to judge the quality and the using condition of the heat transfer oil. Because the user and the production unit are instructed, then the utility model is safer for the user to use the heat transfer oil. The high level tank and the low level tank are designed for safe operation. Compared with the static method, the performance test of the heat transfer oil, which is carried out by the utility model, greatly shortens the time and saves the expense.
