The control system comprises a steering mechanism and a control mechanism. The speed reducing difference driving system is composed of a motor, a worm gear and worm rod speed reducing mechanism, a speed difference mechanism, and two driving wheels. The control system and the speed reducing difference driving system are arranged on the engine rack. Batteries in the power supply box are connected with the control mechanism by power supply cords, and are further connected with the motor by motor cables.
