The composite cable for power testing for submersible electric pumps comprises a high voltage power cable, a signal testing cable, a filler protective sleeve layer and a metal armouring layer. The high voltage power cable is connected together with at least one signal testing cable to be sheathed and produced into the composite cable by the metal armouring layer. The filler protective sleeve layer is filled between the high voltage power cable and the signal testing cable.
