Wherein, one end of the primary inner pipe body is connected with a pipeline, one end of the second inner pipe body is connected with the pipeline, and the intermediate outer pipe is installed between the primary and the second inner pipe body; the two ends of the intermediate outer pipe is provided with a flange surface and an outer casing, a rubber ring groove is formed between the outer casing and the primary and the second inner pipe body, and a rubber ring is installed in the rubber ring groove; a movable ring used for installation is arranged in a trough which is provided between the outer casing and the intermediate outer pipe to restrict the rubber ring, and thus the rubber ring can not drop or displace when in the state of normal or displacement when forced by the external force.
