Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to an abstersion separation device of micron-class powder-shaped materials. The abstersion difficulty of the powder-shaped material of the prior art, in particular to micron-class powder-shaped material is high. In the prior art, the abstersion process and the filtration separation process of the slurry are respectively carried out, which not only enables the abstersion process to be more complex and reduces the efficiency, but also enables abstersion effect to be bad. The technic proposal of the utility model comprises an abstersion cylinder and a vacuum cylinder; wherein, the abstersion cylinder consists of a mixing device, an internal cylinder and a filtration tank (2); the internal cylinder (5) is sleeved in the filtration tank (2); the height of the internal cylinder (5) is less than that of the filtration tank (2); the internal cylinder (5) and the filtration tank (2) are fixed together; the bottom of the internal cylinder is provided with a filtration plate (1) which is provided with a filtration cloth (7); a mixing oar (6) of the mixing device is arranged in the internal cylinder (5); the bottom of the filtration tank is provided with a liquid outlet (8) connected with the vacuum pump. The utility model brings the mixing into the abstersion process, facilitates the materials sufficiently to be washed during the continuous motion, improves the abstersion effect, avoids the complex process in the prior art that the abstersion and filtration are respectively carried out, thus largely simplifying the abstersion process. |
