Zusammenfassung:A heat dissipating plate with the function of anti-EMI has a plurality of heat dissipating holes which are orderly arranged into a heat dissipating hole array. The exterior margin of each heat dissipating hole extends to one side of the heat dissipating plate, thus forming a convex part. The convex part is a frustum structure formed by the outward impacting of the heat dissipating plate. The technic proposal can facilitate the heat dissipating plate to realize the two functions of heat dissipating and anti-EMI at the same time.
