Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides a high effective three-phase squirrel-shaped induction motor. A winding groove of a rotor of the motor is composed of a round-hole groove and a conical groove which are communicated with a square groove; the conical groove is formed through a connection of excircle tangents of a large round-hole groove and a small round-hole groove; the winding groove of the stator is formed by the round-hole groove and an extension of two excircle tangents at both sides to the center of the stator; the lower end of the winding groove is provided with a wide opening, and the wide opening extends inwards for a certain distance in slant to form an opening width which forms the square groove by extending downwards in parallel. The motor has the advantages of high efficiency which is 3-5 percent up compared with the similar motor, low vibration, large torque in startup, and low noise, which meets motor standards specified by countries and regions such as America, Japan and Europe. |
