Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a high-pressure difference regulating valve, which is characterized in that the valve comprises an integrated block typed throttle component with labyrinth channel circle ring boards, the throttle component is composed of a plurality of circle ring boards, on each of which a plurality of straight radial distribution grooves, hoop energy-eliminating circle arc grooves and straight radial throttle grooves are provided; the straight radial distribution grooves, the hoop energy-eliminating circle arc grooves and the straight radial throttle grooves are distributed on the front and back surface of the ring board in an interlaced sector pattern. When the valve works, the valve core opens,and the high-pressure fluid at the front of the valve enters into each distribution groove of the throttle component according to the opening and changes directions in corresponding labyrinth channels, and the high-pressure fluid changes into a plurality of streamlet beam via a plurality of times of throttle and pressure decreasing, and the streamlet beam are dispersed in the outside cylindrical surface of the throttle component and come into a confluence in the ring cavity between the valve body and the throttle component, and thus the efficiency of throttle is improved. |
