The utility model is characterized in that the valve comprises a valve housing bracket, a valve housing sleeve, a valve mandrel, a guide pole, a spring and a sealing washer. The valve mandrel is provided with a vent groove, a sealing ring, a pressure spring and a spring holder. A helical groove is opened on the periphery of the valve housing. A clip spring groove is arranged at the tail of the valve housing sleeve. An embedded claw and an embedded claw groove are arranged on an embedded claw disc at the end of the valve housing; a sealing washer groove is opened on the plane of the end of the embedded claw disc; the sealing ring is arranged in the sealing washer groove; the spring is arranged between the embedded claw and the embedded claw groove.
