Zusammenfassung:	A multi functional vegetable slicer knife mechanism belongs to the cooking machinery, which comprises a charging barrel, a cutter and a kickoff dial and characterized in that the cutter is an arc cutter in which the fixed inner link is installed inside the outer jacket of the charging barrel. An adjustable plate fastened on the charging barrel is mounted on a kickoff claw. The cutter is installed inside the outer jacket of the charging barrel, which is material-saving, space-saving, healthy, safe and easy to install. The cutter is an arc cutter , and the gap between the kickoff claw and the cutter is adjusted trough the adjustable plate. The cutter with reliable function is easy for positioning, which is applied in slicing.
