The top end of the support bar is connected with the upper bearing beam and the lower end is connected with the grapple tines. And the grapple tines are also connected with the lower bearing beam. The top side of the lower bearing beam is equipped with a pulley seat which is used to fix the lower pulley. The upper bearing beam is packaged with the asynchronous mechanism which has a plurality of springs with the same number of the grapple tines.
