The utility model comprises a valve body(1) and the structural points are that: an insulating layer(3), an infrared electric heating laminated film(4), an insulating layer(6) and a metal shell(7) are arranged on the surface of an upper support plate(8) and a lower support plate(2) of the valve body(1), wherein a temperature relay(5) is arranged on the infrared electric heating laminated film(4).
