Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides an adjustable chair back type baby carriage which comprises a carriage frame and a chair unit arranged on the carriage frame, wherein the chair unit comprises a chair seat, a chair back and a cushion body; the chair seat is breadthways arranged on the middle section of the carriage frame, the chair back is provided with a support frame, a movable frame and a connection component which is connected to the position between the support frame and the movable frame, the support frame is connected with the chair seat, and the movable frame is pivoted with the support frame and forms eversion relatively to the support frame. The cushion body is provided with a set of cushion arranged on the chair seat, a set of back cushion arranged on the support frame and a lying cushion, and the lying cushion is arranged between the cushion and the back cushion and sheathed on the movable frame.
