Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses an intelligent energy-saving motor controller which comprises a current-limiting module, a three-phase thyristor module and a control unit used for controlling the thyristor operating angle; wherein, the current-limiting module and the three-phase thyristor module are connected in series between a three-phase source and the machine; the controlling end of the three-phase thyristor module is connected with the controlling unit; and the current-limiting module is a wirewound resistance which is integrated as a module and the resistance of which is between 0.01 ohm and 0.1 ohm. The utility model adds a thyristor protection circuit to the main circuit, in particular when the wirewound resistance is added, the thyristor can work as usual despite the great variation of the load, hence the service life lengthened; and through a certain way to regulate the voltage, the software-controlling three-phase thyristor module, which is in the controlling unit, can ensure the machine effectiveness and optimum of the working voltage so as to achieve the energy-saving control of the machine.
