Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to an intelligent pilot valve of electric transverter, which comprises an upper cover of pilot valve, a lower cover of the pilot valve and a piezoelectric valve. Characteristically, a flexible sealing cushion is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover of the pilot valve. Air inlet is communicated with air outlet of incoming executor, and air inlet is provided with an internal piston. Inner end of the piston contacts the flexible sealing cushion, and outer end of the spring is provided with a spring. Air outlet of the incoming executor is provided with a unilateral valve plug. Air inlet of exhausting executor is communicated with a vent. An exhausting valve core is arranged inside air inlet of the exhausting executor, and inner end of the exhausting valve core contacts the flexible sealing cushion as well. The utility model is beneficial to achieve pneumatic servocontrol, digital control and self-adaptability by pneumatic pilot technology. Openness and closedown of pilot air are controlled by the piezoelectric valve. High pressure air is controlled by low pressure air. With easy adjustment, the utility model shortens time needed in adjustment of the electric transverter and reduces requirement to the executor. Moreover, the utility model has the advantages of convenient and quick use, precise control, low gas consumption, low operational cost, reliable and stable performance.
