Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a shearer stopper, which is to insert a joint sleeve which passes through the through hole of a cylinder piston, an adjustment seat, a gear board and a friction plate on the basis of the existing stopper; the joint sleeve is tightly matched with the gear board and the end in the stopper has an edge which bulges outside and is blocked on the gear board and the friction plate; the top of the joint sleeve does not extend out of the friction plate; an annular groove is arranged on the external ring surface of the joint sleeve out of the brake and one side is flush with the end face of the cylinder piston. Two half ring-shaped panels are inserted in the groove; the panel and an annular pressure plate sleeved on the external ring surface of the joint sleeve are connected together by a fastener which passes through the corresponding through holes; only six stay bolts are positioned between the air cylinder piston and the gear board; a location piece which is connected with the gear board through the rest bolt hole by threaded connection and the distance between the top plane and the adjustment seat is the moving stroke of the piston of the air cylinder. The utility model completely eliminates the hidden trouble of closedown caused by failure, and can improve the production efficiency of the shearing and cutting procedure and can reduce the cost.
