Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a variable interference filter spectral small size micro-imaging spectrograph. The imaging system spectrograph is composed of a microscope, a variable interference filter, a micro motion platform, a CCD camera, an image collecting card and a computer. A light sent by a first light source in a light path illuminates a sample on an object carrying table through a reflector and a collecting mirror; a light sent by a second light source in another light path illuminates the sample on the object carrying table through a semi-permeable and semi-reflecting mirror and a micro objective. An object light of the sample can be observed by human eyes through the micro objective, the semi-permeable and semi-reflecting mirror, a 45 DEG prism and an eye mirror, or be imaged on the photosurface of the CCD camera through an imaging objective and the variable interference filter. The CCD camera forms an output connection with the image collecting card; the image collecting card is connected with the computer. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, high spatial resolution and high spectral resolution. The utility model is successfully applied to fluorescent micro-imaging spectroscopic analysis in biology and medical science. |
