Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a plastic irregular material structure. A material is formed by that a plurality of chambers which are separated from each other are extended toward both ends. Each chamber comprises a main chamber which is used for placing a steel lining, a water discharge chamber which is parallel to the main chamber, and an overlapping chamber, wherein, the cross section of the main chamber is formed into a square structure; the inner side of the main chamber is provided with water discharge chambers which are separated by a partition board. After the upper edge of an outer side wall of each water discharge chamber is upwards extended with a section of length, and the upper edge is inwards and downwards bent to be connected with the top part of the main chamber to form an upper overlapping chamber which is parallel to the main chamber. Because the inner sides of the main chamber is provided with the steel lining, the inertia moment of the plastic irregular material is higher than the inertia moment of an aluminium material. Because the water discharge chambers are arranged alone, the water discharge of the material is fluent. Because polymer materials have peculiar heat conduction performance, the sound isolation effect and the thermal insulation effect of the plastic material is superior to the sound isolation effect and the thermal insulation effect of the aluminium material. When the plastic material is used for assembling a door and window, connecting joints can be connected in a heat fusion way, the connection with no gap can be realized, and the assembling efficiency and the integral strength of the door and window are high. |
