Zusammenfassung:The utility model provides an automatically pressurizing ripple nail and a knocking / pulling device, which are for internal fixation of femoral and tibia fracture. The utility model belongs to a clinical therapeutic apparatus of orthopaedics. A nail body (1) of the ripple nail is a positive trigonous body, namely, the transversal profile of the nail body (1) of the ripple nail is an equilateral triangle, wherein, the front part of the nail body (1) is provided with ripple-shaped stripes (3), and the tail part of the ripple nail is provided with a screw hole (2); the knocking / pulling device is composed of a handle (4), a rod body (5) and a screw column (6) at the front end of the rod body; the diameter of the screw column (6) is matched with that of the screw hole (2) at the tail part of the ripple nail. After fixing the broken ends of a fractured bone, the ripple nail of the utility model can only move forward in sclerotin and does not move backward to prevent rotation to produce automatic pressurizing effect on the broken ends of the fractured bone. The ripple nail provided by the utility model has better effect on the multiple nail internal fixation of femoral and tibia fracture, after the fracture heals up, the ripple nail is taken out by the knocking / pulling device when required without need of a secondary operation, thereby, the ripple nail reduces operative injury and reduces the incidence rate of femur head necrosis after a fracture operation.
