The left tube positioned on the left upper side of the container is connected with a combustion chamber of an automobile; the right tube positioned on the right upper side of the container is connected with an automobile exhaust discharge tube; the upper tube positioned in the center of the end cover is used for feeding emulsion; the lower tube positioned on the bottom of the container is used for discharging waste liquid. The middle parts of both sides of the container are provided with a bar type direct current stirrer. When exhaust gas in the combustion chamber of the automobile is sprayed into the container, the power of the stirrer is switched on under the action of pressure to be started. On the contrary, the pressure drops, the power is cut off and the stirrer is stopped. The emulsified residual gas is exhausted out of the automobile.
