The double-deck type is provided, each of the air fans is provided with an air exhausting channel with the independent suction opening to make each of the air fans suck heat and exhaust air independently and the air fan positioned on the back part of the air exhausting channel be free from the influence of the back part, and the aims of larger exhausted air quantity and more effective heat radiation realized.
