A secondary stage of the utility model is composed of a standby power supply circuit and a standby state control circuit, wherein, the standby state control circuit is formed by connecting a standby state control circuit 1 and a standby state control circuit 2; the standby state control circuit 1 is composed of a resistor R14, a resistor R15 and a field effect pipe BG1; the standby state control circuit 2 is composed of resistors R9, R10, R11 and R13, and triodes BG2, BG3 and BG4; the standby power supply circuit is formed by connecting a diode D6, wave filtration capacitors C2 and C4, and a wave filtration inductor L3. The utility model has the advantages of low cost, small size, high reliability, small power consumption of a power supply and simple and contact circuit.
